Do I need to send my staff to the event?
Our events team makes everything as turnkey as possible.
You can send a brand ambassador and/or staff to oversee/assist with activities.

How far in advance do you need banners, samples, etc.?
At least two weeks prior to ensure everything is in order.

Are exclusive sponsorships available?
Yes, depending on overall advertising agreement.

Who is invited to your events?
It’s not about having the most people, these events are about getting the right people. Typically we work with the client to establish scope and refine the guest list. A typical event attracts 50-200 people, although some events attract over 10,000 people, and others are as small as a private dinner for 10.
